Meals
Buffet breakfast, lunch and theme buffet or set menu for dinner. Afternoon cakes, pancakes, cookies or pastries 3.30-6.30pm. Snacks and choice of ice cream scoop 10.30am-5.30 pm.
Beverages
(Except at Chateau Mon Desir) Soft drinks, mineral water, juices, coffee/tea, local beer, choices of imported and local drinks (wine, sparkling wine, spirits). Mini bar: selection of drinks and Tea and Coffee facilities in room (one refill per day).

- La Marée' Beach Restaurant
Offering a la carte breakfasts, lunches and dinners the restaurant is located on the scenic beachfront. Enjoy a 'feet in the sand' experience with mouth-watering seafood and grilled dishes. In the evening guests will enjoy a 'Fish Market' culinary experience or bonfire nights on the beach and special themed evenings.
- Quarter Deck Bar
Attractively situated overlooking the scenic bay the Quarter Deck Bar is the ideal place to savor refreshments and snacks. Afternoon tea is served between 3.30pm-6.30pm. Guests can relax and enjoy themselves in friendly surroundings.
- Le Banyan Asian fusion
Open for dinner with special themed evenings. This Restaurant overlooks the superb views on Turtle Bay and is located under a magnificent centenary banyan tree. Guests can enjoy fine Chinese cuisine and Asian gastronomy.
- La Maree Beach Bar
Open daily this beach bar is the ideal relaxation spot. Magnificent sunsets can be enjoyed and most nights guests can experience a bonfire on the beach (Adults only).
- Lakaz Creole
Open for dinner guests can enjoy an authentic Mauritian cuisine in this private garden atmosphere. An exclusive Creole menu serving local delicacies are served "family style".
